Appalling service!

We recently purchased a property from the remax in the hartbee****rt area.<br> After doing the standard house hunting, we settled on a property, but from Day 0 it seemed that the Agent handling the deal was more interested with satisfying the seller's requirements than us as buyers. <br> <br> When the deal was signed we were told that if we pay an additional R50K the property would be restored and all the general maintenance would be done on the property so that it would be good as new before we moved in. <br> Sadly this has not been the case as we have seen multiple issues with the property and all the agreements made with the Agent seems to have been for nothing. Any attempts to contact the agent has been met with dead silence and no response has been given to our inquiries. I would strongly encourage any potential buyers to go with a different real-estate agency as the service from this particular branch is shocking!!<br> <br> I would like to find out what I can do legally to get the R50K additional back from the Agent so that We can utilize to money to arrange for all the maintenance requirements ourselves
