Annoyed!!!!!!!

So on sunday we viewed a property of one of the agents. Everything went well and we asked if we could bring my dad around to see the place the agent said he would let us know...so yesterday my husband contacts the agent via whatsapp and he says 'keep looking' ....I was so shocked...that's when I realised this agent had no intention of ever considering us as prospective buyers for this property...he then told my husband he had a full cash offer...I have cash aswell so what makes me any different from the other person...why was my offer not even considered? Is it because we are a young couple? Is it because we don't look and smell like money? Or is it simply because we don't go the ********* route when it comes to these things? ...I then asked my mom to give the agent a call...he says to her he had 16 people view and 6 offers were considered...but the buyer and the seller have made a deal....uhmm....I thought the agent does that...something just didn't add up...the house is on property24 and up until now does not say under offer so why was our offer refused even before it was put on paper...I know agents care only about commission and not the well being of the buyers but honestly if things were done according to the book I'm pretty sure more sales would be made....I am so annoyed I no longer view remax properties as this is not the 1st time I'm having a bad experience with an agent from this branch...they all seem to think we as buyers need them...i will not waste my time further with this agency ...being an estate agent doesn't mean you've made it in life...start doing things the proper way...stop expecting buyers to run after you and don't worry WE WILL KEEP LOOKING!!!!!!!
