An excellent service I did not expect but helped me out of a difficult situation

I had probably had the best service I have ever had, over all industries, with this company. I can only speak for my experience which was through a single individual, my agent. Neil Viljoen at the Cape Town - Kloof St - Real estate branch.

Thanks Neil for the best service I could have asked for. Neil has gone above and beyond what is expected from an agent (or maybe even a human being in today's busy life). During lockdown I was in a tricky situation, I couldn't move out of current residence due to the law but the next landlord was expecting me to still do so etc. (Over simplifying here as I want to focus on the help I got)

Needless to say I had Neil in my corner and with a few calls he sorted me out with all the information(legal advice, regulations, the works) I required to make the next landlord understand the situation and set the expectations of the landlord.

Taking a load of stress off me. This is a person that cares about his customers!
