Agents in it for the money - Exploitation is the name of the game!
Remax Helderberg / Strand. Real estate agent Nico Swart, managed by Juan Combrink. Dishonest and lacking in professional service. These agents are only in it for the money and exploit where possible. If you have a choice, try to go with another real estate company or make sure to read the contract VERY VERY carefully. Make sure to follow procedure meticulously, they will try and exploit you if you don't. Please feel free to email me for more details at ***. Hoping I can at least help someone avoid the same distasteful situation.
