A BUNCH OF ******
Conducted the outgoing inspection on the 30th of June 2019 and 2 concerns were addressed, discussed and agreed upon. On the 3rd of July 2019, the agent emailed me with more issues and told me it would be deducted from my deposit. 1. I was not notified of these new issues at the outgoing inspection, and therefore can not be held accountable for them, as it should of been addressed at the outgoing inspection. This is the whole reason why an outgoing inspection is done. 2. I was not given the opportunity to address these issues myself, as the agent gave a company the go-ahead to attend to them without my knowledge. 3. I was not presented with quotes for these issues to be seen to. The dwelling had leaks since we took occupancy, which we were constantly reporting. there was a constant damp wall affecting our health, which we were promised that it would be fixed as soon as we had moved in and the leaks eventually got so bad that the dwelling was flooding. We had to live in a flooded house and constantly beg for a week and a half until anything was done about it. We short paid the water account due to the water leaks and it was agreed between myself and the agent that once the leaks were fixed, they would work out an average usage by taking the next 3 months water accounts, adding them together and dividing it by 3, getting an average monthly usage and then minus it from what was paid. 3 months later, Remax wants to change this agreement and I must pay for the majority of the outstanding water account. Nothing but issues since we moved in and now they want to ***** most of my deposit. Really disgusted and will never use them again
