The tenant were forced to move as the Agent of Remax and The owner did nothing to improve the poor security in place, but to crown the case, he don't lock the gates and leave the security systems breached. On regular occasions the gates were left unlocked leaving the tenants property unprotected and vulnerable to the ******** elements. The same owner were asked to fix an simple shower door that leak, over a week of promises, still nothing was done. The security is a problem, the roofs are leaking and no action planned to fix and the ceiling is sagging and a massive risk for the occupants. Most people moved at this Remax agents property due to poor treatment.
