pathetic attitude from Estate agent

i Contacted Remax Panache Durban North, for a listing for an apartment in Umhlanga, was contacted by Kerry Swart who was to arrange a viewing on the 16/06/2021, eventually there was no arrangement or communication from here, checked in with her on the listing twice thereafter, messages were read, yet no response. i asked for someone seniors details and was told not to threaten her, her attitude towards a potential client is appalling to say the least, and this estate has definetly lost a client. Attitude stinks
