Poor Service from RE/MAX Midlands

I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service I have received from the Hilton office.

In December, I called to inquire about a property in the Midlands area near Hilton. Despite my interest, I was met with unhelpfulness and was informed that I would need to wait a week to speak to the agent, Adri Vermeulen.

After some discussions, my wife and I decided to give it another try. I reached out to Ms. Vermeulen via WhatsApp, stating that I live in Bloemfontein and asking for some additional information about the property. Her response was simply, "Morning, best would be to come have a look at the property."

This is the second time I have felt dismissed and unsupported by the office. When I expressed my frustration and mentioned considering another estate agent, Ms. Vermeulen responded that she did not understand why I was speaking to her in such a way and that she would rather not work with me.

I am disheartened by this experience and feel that RE/MAX Hitlon is unwilling to assist potential clients who do not reside in the immediate area. I hope you will address this matter and improve the level of service provided to future clients.
