Remax Withholding My deposit

I am writing this email with extreme disappointment of how Remax has treated us after we've their tenants for over 3yrs and not followed a fair procedure for our exit at Saffron Gardens Complex We gave in 2 Months’ notice, and we were not told anything at all, no breach of 1 month was brought to our attention NOTHING. I have never received any communication during this period, people were coming in and out to view the place and we were told that we will get our deposit within 14 days after we have moved out. Only after 16 days when we are following up on the deposit, we are told about a breach surely this should have been communicated if correct procedure was followed by remax when we served notice (of 2 months) that we will not get our deposit back.
