Remax masters have pathetic agents working for them

My brother in law saw a home in Ranburg close to me that he was interested in buying, and I contacted the agent:Lindy from Remax masters to view, we arranged for 3 February at 1pm, today 3 February at 8.37, she messages me to TELL me that the appointment has been moved to tomorrow at 11.30, I made arrangements with my brother in law and my sister to drive all the way from the west rand to come through today to view this house, and now I am not even given an alternative time today,just been told that the apppointment has moved, and not even asking if I am able to make, it, and then she still has the audacity to tell me if I cant make it its fine, as if to say there are lots of interested buyers so we dont find you important enough if you cant make it today, is this how the estate agents operate these days when you are wanting to buy a house, her responses and attitude towards me is pathetic, is this what REMAX Masters has succumb to
