Francois Collinson was recommended to me when I decided to put my home on the market. From the moment he walked in, he was upfront, professional & dynamic. He spent almost 2 hours with me, explaining the entire process to me to ensure I fully understood all the requirements to put my home on the market - he even walked me through the mandatory Disclosure Report to ensure all relevant info was accurate. Francois advertised my home on 21 Feb 2023, he had 7 viewings booked for 22 Feb 2023 and by the morning of 24 Feb 2023, he had received 3 offers on my property. He spent a couple of hours with me explaining the risks associated with each offer & guided me through the selection process, noting that the one offer was more than my asking price.
