Remax Bryanston - Horrible Service

I would never recommend Remax Bryanston to anyone. I will never use Remax Bryanston.

In 2022 Remax Bryanston listed my property that I was selling (in Fourways). As a first time property seller, I requested the agent - Kathryn, to explain the process to me in detail and all that was required of me. Kathryn did all the calculations and did not include tax. I only found out about the miscalculation after the sale was complete which then meant I became liable for all the tax (All the tax came out of my pocket - massive inconvenience). Two years after the sale I receive a statement with a negative balance from the Levies department. I called to enquire, only to be told 2 years later that there is money due to me. Kathryn is *********** and costed me lots of money by not educatively completing the sale.

Please investigate your agent prior to using Remax.
