Refund

Remax masters wilgehuiwel has been withholding my deposit for over a month now. After emailing my agent countless times asking about my refund I only get a reply email which says “Noted”. I believe the act stipulates that deposit refunds should be refunded 14 working days after keys have been handed over. Mind you they gave me a 30 day notice that my lease will be not be renewed so they should have processed my deposit refund in time.
