****** of Remax against my colour

I am a black person who app**** for a house through remax last month

No.1 they let me sign and offer to the house before I even see the house they said is for my convenience

No.2 we viewed the house with other people and those people knew not that there was an offer in place already

No.3 they came back and change prices from the one they advertised with and add R430k more to the property

No.4 they later came back and allow me to put a revised offer of R50k better than the one I did but I agreed as it was not that much

Later they asked me to do financing for me which they are sabotaging me not to get a bond

1. The bond originator said all banks declined me and she refused to send me an offer to purchase for me to go look for my own home loan I had to go force the office to give it to me without her consent

2. The bond originator appointed by Remax **** tome and said FNB declined me but letter send 70% offer from FNB which she said it has been declined

3. After carefully checking applications made to FNB i saw some expenses I have no idea about from bond originator

She also added I dont qualify I can only re-apply for the house after 6 months but she doesn't have documentation to prove that

I felt belittled by white supremacy that is affecting and working on bringing a young man down who is a loyal member of this country. We can never go forward if we have white people who still look down on black people and challenging their success using their career privileges to take down our confidence, this company deserved to be closed down
