Cherise Mansour - Remax agent the most unprofessional service received - I want to express to you how unhappy we are with the service that we have received from Cherise Mansour Since dealing with this agent we have received nothing but horrific services, when we started to express to her how unhappy we are she kept telling us to cancel the sale, she actually has other buyers for the property. She never made a list of the defects in the unit, there are defects that our contractor did not quote on that we did not budget for. We were supposed to receive the keys 2 weeks prior to registration to start to renovate the unit (16/08/2023), we received the keys (22/08/2023) with the property in a bad state, the keys had bubble gum sticked to it, we received keys that is not working, no remotes to access the complex and she left because she had to pick up her son. She made appointments that she never pitched up for saying her husband left her, then her car broke down and sending an agent from another agency to show the unit to us and telling us a completely different story than she first did. She also told us the owner will lose his property, and he made no money out of this sale. Keep calling us on WhatsApp, then she has no signal drop the call and never calls us back. She told me when I started to try to clean the property she cannot believe that I am touching anything in this property, She was never prepared and did not follow up with the owners regarding the arrangements that we needed to receive the keys last week. The previous owner was in breach of contract and now that we sit with the problem that our contractor is not going to get the work done by the time we need to move in they just don’t care. She keeps on telling us she is going to sort out our problem but then we never hear back from her. She is also not dressing professionally, I would never say that she is an agent or representing Remax. I am in shock how we received the keys, not even a congratulations or NOTHING!!! To top it off we have send an email to the CEO Glen Norton and received no feedback and we complained a month ago.

i will never buy a property from Remax Masters again.
