Remax Life Style supplies Samsung spares without warranty

I bought a "genuine" replacement for my Samsung phone, which slowly died after 3 weeks. Returning it to the shop, i was told there was no guaranty on these spares. Every serious shop and even Samsung advertise 2 years warranty on the LCD panel. My guess is this is not a genuine spare which was supp****, although the price was in line with Samsung recommendation.
