Excellent customer experience and most honest owner ever!

The most honest owner ever! Many , many years after I experienced problems with some products purchased the owner acknowledged the problem they had with a specific batch, replaced them all, delivered it, installed the new ones and removed the old ones - all at no cost to me. Incredible experience and a company I can recommend!
