Remax is doing wrong to their workers.
My father has been working for remade for a couple of years, he is almost 61 years old. He retired from remade, when they asked him to come and help out for a few weeks after his retirement. They gave him a temporary contract. Then things didnt work as they wanted and both parties decided that my dad should not come in anymore and the contract was ended by both parties. When my father went to the uif offices to apply for his uif, they said that remade put him up that he resigned and that he can not claim uif. My father then went back to remade and asked them to change it as both parties decided that the contract must end. Remade dont want to change that as they are bitter towards my father. They say he did not train someone and there is more excuses as to why they wont change it. My father is turning 61 and can not find another job as he is to old and he has problems with his legs. My mother is also in a wheelchair and he tries to take care of her as well, but because of remax being the rats they are, my father is struggling to make ends meet.
