Horrible- so many hidden costs!!! Electricity costs R1.68 per kwh.... Eskom/city power is R1.07 per kwh- spoke to the company that we have to purchase our power from and they stated that these rates are set by body corporate, and they just recuperate those rates. <br> <br> In addition, the lifestyle center which i may add is poorly managed, the estate manager Rashni is the most unhelpful, unresponsive person there is. <br> <br> They even fine people within the complex, for example, an acquaintance was fined for a temporary curtain being hanged up, while people leave their clothes hanging on the balcony and even their garden floor. You are expected to put a further deposit down on your access cards. <br> <br> Also couldnt organize telkom as telkom stated that there is another fee that needs to be paid to body corporate for them to come and set up a line. they outsource their internet to some other company which charge R1000 activation fee, and R1000 for 4mb uncapped line. ...btw the same deal with Telkom is somewhere around R700 <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Balwin Properties to REM by hellopeter.com)</em></div>
