Pathetic service

<p>I cannot believe that abovementioned company still pride itself while they treating clients unfairly .They never assisted me all what getting from their emails it being defensive and not taking ownership for their actions. </p> <p>This company approved the claim for home theatre that was R5999 in 2007 that was approved for that amount , the manager from the store refused to give me my home theatre because of the 1 month arrears , same month in 2007 after arrears were settled still refused to pay , I cannot tolerate the pathetic service I'm receiving from this company just because I lodged the complaint through this platform they only paid R2700 never explained to me whose is paying which is portion of risk all I want it is the difference of R2700 being paid within 48hours in the form replacement or cash as they did .I spoke to Rob, Charmaine and Matshepo still not getting positive feedback I don't know why this causing such run around because it my money and the claim was approved back then .I was not the cause of delaying the claim it was because undesirable practice from the company and they should carry the risk , had they settled this was not going to cause this run around I want this resolved within 48 hours. </p> <p> </p>
