Pathetic service

<p>I can't believe that insurance like this company still give pathetic service and rob people at claim stage. </p> <p>I bought a Panasonic home theatre and it was ****** the claim was approved in 2007 but Beares manager rudely withhold the laid because of the errears and after arrears were settled she still moved me from pillar to post and also was calling the insurance years back still moving from pillar to post, up until I receive a email from a lady called Matshepo saying they trying to get hold of me , called them back she said will escalate to Replacement department received a call on Thursday from Indian guy asking me about nearest game shop told him that it Eastgate. He said should go there he sending all the communication of which I believe was the eft payment when I went to game they never received any communication or eft payment from relyant insurance was made a fool , besides that the guy said thy will pay R2700 , I WANT R9999 As Was Approved innitail , I want it deposited or replacement within 24 hours in my bank account or at Game store East gate, I want my R9999 home theatre that I paid for failing to do that no option to per sue my complaint with Short term ombudsman.
