They only help with filling forms, finalizing applications isn't happening.

I must say, I changed my mind about Relocation Online. I used to feel that the service I received was worth what I pay. Not anymore. I feel like I'm paying just to fill the application form. Relocation Online sending "updates" every week or fortnight changing a few words only makes you feel that it's not a computer generated, yet humans using a template. But that's it, not change for several months.

Unlike my experiences years ago,I'm quite disappointed. I feel like I paid an arm and a let just so that Relocation Online fill my forms which wasn't the purpose I went to them. The main thing, finalizing application hasn't happened in in more than 13 months. Oh, by the way, their excuse is, "this has been like this" since the start of the pandemic. This isn't what they tell you until you pay them and submit applications.

Dear Kamil

Kindly note that the backlog at the Department of Home Affairs is completely out of our control and you are giving a bad review against our company name which is irrelevant as we cannot control the backlog with the Department of Home Affairs.

You are being given a weekly update advising the situation on your application.

Kindly note that we do not finalize applications, it is only the Department of Home Affairs that can finalize applications and due to the backlog caused by COVID 19, Home Affairs is facing a backlog of over 62 000 applications.

Regards,
Relocation Online

Well, if your service is just submitting application and "you can do nothing about it" after that, that should have been the impression that should be created when a client pays for your service. It's because clients think you are better equipped to help them that they apply through you. How is sending an email, that looks like a template just with receiver name change, going to be justified as a valuable service?
