WORST Service Experience

They do not reply to me emails, also the installation of the prepaid meter was not completed, the municipality is still charging me for electricity even though i have a prepaid meter in my property and it is working.

Definitely worst company to ever do business with as they even fight with you, over the service they promise to deliver.

PLEASE do not do business with them as they just take your hard earned money and not even deliver on the promises .
