Ribs and burgers manager's bad attitude

I went to Ribs and Burgers in Menlyn Main today. I ordered ribs for takeaway. I get home to eat and I was given stake and I don't eat red meat . I phoned them and spoke with Tammy the manager and she is giving me an attitude.
