money missing

This account and card is a bunch of nonsens!!!! My R30k is not available for my spouse to use. That after 10 days???? And the support centre is a bunch of useless stupid @#$&^*#, that does not know the first thing about customer service. My second back posy and I shall not stop till I have my money???
