Reload 'exploitation' Bar

Just so people know, this company definitely exploits people. My friend has been "training" for over 4 weeks now earning R70 for a full day (7/8 hours), equating to about R8,75 - R11,67 per hour when minimum wage is currently R20 an hour and even casuals or part time staff generally earn at least R14 - R16 an hour.

She has decided to quit and I am sure this is how they get many staff for December but pay them very low wages just to fly through the month. It is very sad and I will not support businesses that exploit people.
