Bad service at relish bistro.

I used to love this restaurant so much that all my parties were hosted here. my 21st last year was hosted and also recently my graduation dinner was hosted here last week Thursday on the 25th of May 2023. The service of this place has drastically changed and I am not happy at all with their service. The lady who was serving us on the day put am bill on top of my phone and i forgot it there. The following day which was Friday the 26th of May 2023 we went to ask about the phone because we were the last people there. we asked to see the CCTV because the cameras were facing our table but they told us that cameras were turned off. I feel like that is unprofessional and it means that customers are not safe. Another thing the same lady that was serving us isn't honest, the bill already came with a service fee that is 10% but she told us that a service fee isn't a tip but money for the restaurant which is actually false. She made us pay extra while we already paid a service fee.
