Excellent service

RelicTech is an online computer store in Pretoria. I placed an order with them, not knowing anything about them and not knowing if it is as legit company since I could not find any reviews about them, so I decided to create the first one.

I ordered several items and after placing the order I received a response that the item I ordered will only be available in a couple of days because it is a back order. Shawn then proposed suitable replacements which I accepted and he payed me back the cash difference. I later decided that the replacement item will not suite my needs and he had no problem removing it from my order and refunding me the full amount via EFT. He even phoned me a couple of times to give feedback on the order.

The remaining items in my order got delivered a few days later via courier. After assembling my PC and running it for a couple of days, I decided that the 6 x 120mm Corsair fans that I ordered is not what I needed. 2 of the fans were opened and used, while the other 4 remained unopened. I logged a refund on their website, returned the items myself and a few days later received the money back via EFT. There were however a 15% fee for the 2 x opened fans because the boxes were torn, which they informed me about by first calling me and I fully understand because it has to be repackaged by the suppliers.

In summary, RelicTech is an excellent online store with very good prices and customer service. I would gladly make use of them again.
