POOR SERVICE!!

<p> Feeling very unhappy with the fact that we are insured with reliant insurance, our vehicle broke down last night next to the side of the road, we tried reaching reliant insurance in order for them to send out assistance, when speaking to a call agent , she could not find our policy number. transfers us to another company and they cannot assist either, we were told that the best they could do would be to tow our vehicle to their yard where we could collect it in the morning. We run a business and were in need for the vehicle to run today. very unsatisfied about the fact that we could not be assisted with our policy number , because it cannot be found on their systems!!! we were stranded next to the side of the road, in the dark, in the cold, with no one being able to assist us on a policy that is paid for every month with no fail! it is pathetic !</p>
