Delayed Deposit Refund
I was a tenant at Leano Complex, Unit 35, Alberton. After moving out, I was informed that my deposit refund would be processed within 14 days. However, it has now been more than a month, and I have still not received my refund. I have sent several emails to enquire about the status of the refund, but I have not received any response. Furthermore, whenever I follow up via WhatsApp and explain that my emails are unanswered, I am simply told to send another email. I find this level of communication very unprofessional. I would like this matter resolved and for the outstanding balance of my deposit refund to be paid without any further delay.
