Reliance Poultry sabotaging small businesses

I bought cages at Reliance Poultry using SEFA loan and they were paid last year August, and they have sent an invoice on SEFA which I don't know why I requested an invoice on my company so that I can claim vat. They are refusing to send an invoice on my company name knowing that SEFA cannot claim vat on my behalf. They did that because they didn't install the cages, and they were supposed to have installed which I'm not even bothering them about. I need that R50 000.00 so that I can buy feed for my chickens. its now three months since they have been giving me run arounds.
