Unfair treatment and my money still outstanding

I started working for the company 2009 11 September was still earning R300 per week until March 2010 it was increased to R500 per week and in 2011 it went to R700 per week as a driver and a general worker. End of 2011 I resigned. In 2012 my boss Peter Kieenner sent 2 two people (Susan and Ewin) to come get me back to work. On the 4th of September 2020 I left my work due to the consistency of Peter Kieenner my boss calling us ******s so I was called for hearing and I dnnt go due to I was called a ****** again sometimes he would use th "k" word which did not sit well with me so since than he fired me due to not attending the hearing since than m still waiting for what they owe me.
