Lack of professionalism from owner. No customer service.
⭐ My Experience with Reliable Renders Home Deco – Disappointing Service and Unresolved Dispute I had a very disappointing experience with Reliable Renders Home Deco when I hired them to re-upholster my couch in a specific cream-coloured velvet fabric. From the beginning, I communicated the colour I wanted and shared reference pictures. I was also assured that fabric samples would be brought to me so that I could see and feel the material before making a final selection. However, when the couch was collected, the promised samples were not brought to me, and there was a lack of clarity about the final fabric choice. The process was further delayed by poor communication. After paying a deposit of ***, I had to follow up repeatedly for updates. The company initially estimated approximately two weeks for the work, but the process extended over several weeks. I was also asked to pay an additional *** for repairs that were not included in the original quotation. When I eventually received pictures of the completed couch in September, I immediately raised concerns that the colour was not what I had requested. I also questioned the finish, particularly the alignment of the armrests. I asked for the issue to be resolved, but the company maintained that the colour used was the one I had selected and indicated that correcting it would come at an additional cost. I subsequently requested the return of my couch and a refund of the amount paid. The company declined the refund, stating that customised items are not refundable, while continuing to demand the outstanding balance. I also requested an invoice and the relevant business documentation, but was told that an invoice would only be issued after full payment. My main concern is not simply that we disagree about the colour. It is the lack of clear communication, the failure to resolve a genuine dispute about the agreed specifications, and the way my concerns as a paying customer were handled. I would advise prospective customers to take extra precautions before using this company. Confirm the exact fabric, colour, additional repair costs, turnaround time and all terms in writing before handing over your furniture or making payment. Keep copies of all quotations, reference pictures, messages and proof of payment. As of my correspondence with the company, the dispute remained unresolved. Disappointed/ Poor quality
I’m really disappointed with this couch. I purchased it in February, and by May it’s already falling apart. The corner has torn, which is completely unacceptable for such a short period of use. The seating cushions have sunken badly, and I have to keep flipping them just to make the couch comfortable. The staples by the armrest are now visible, making it look poorly made and cheaply finished. Overall, the quality is extremely poor and not built to last. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for durability or value for money.
