A DECADE OF LOYALTY AND PAYMENT; BEHIND BY SEVEN MONTHS AND GIVEN 5 DAYS NOTICE OF AUCTION. DO NOT RESPOND

<p>I have used Reliable Removals as my preferred Moving and Storage company for over a Decade. During this time - they have always been paid, except for last year. I was ill and the payments rand behind. I was also as a result in a terrible time financially. I kept in contact with them and gave them a payment plan. I was told that my goods would be auctioned in 5 days. They did not follow proper procedure, Did not give me the required notice period, did not advertise the auction and did not tell who the Auctioneers were. Just saw in a email that a "John" would be picking up my goods. They told me that if my goods are sold for less than the amount specified - they would still charge me. I signed nothing to the affect. I did find out what my rights were - but before going that route, humbled myself and asked for leniency based on our relationship. They have not even bothered to respond. I have always recommended them and sent clients their way. I find this treatment of a person who has been their customer for 10 quite shocking,</p>
