Unsolicited Adverts Directed To Boss' Cellphone

Today I was forwarded an SMS from my boss offering the valuation services of Sharron from Reliable Realty. The SMS contained my first name and had information about my property. The odd thing, though, was that the SMS was somehow sent to my boss' cellphone and not mine. I would like to know how Reliable Realty came to possess my details and why my boss' cellphone number was used instead of mine. I consider this a gross breach of privacy and I would advise anyone not to trust this company as they obviously do not employ ethical practices. When I confronted Sharron about the issue, using the number provided in the SMS, she responded that it came from a database of a colleague at Reliable Realty, who conveniently no longer works there.
