Unreliable Online Store

Waited 6 months for my WRONG item to be delivered after numerous phone calls which they do not answer .Now that i query the wrong item , they don't answer my emails at all .You are always # 26 in the queue holding when you phone and when its your turn to talk ,they drop the call. 59 min average.....And then the same story over and over.And i think they in cahoots with Buffalo Logistics , that has an agent in China.......So their GUARANTEE is worth nothing ......... well to be honest i think this Reliable Online Store is one big ****................don't burn your fingers. Buy somewhere else ....
