Reliable online store...everything BUT Reliable!!

Very disappointed. I ordered a small ozone device on 10 March 2024. I expected it later that week. Upon enquiry I was told it will take 20 business days. (A month full of public holidays) I enquired again 3 weeks later and was told they ran pit of stick. Address given on website I ordered was in Cape Town. Mybitem had to manufacturer and shipped from China!! If I knew that, I would have ordered on TakeAlot to receive quicker. A friend conformed they used the website in 2020 & waited 3 weeks. I have waited 8 weeks now. I was told by Primrose today she will escalate the matter to the product manager!!! After 8 weeks!! I am frustrated beyond measure that I have no indication of when I can receive an item I need that I have already paid for. This company is not located in South Africa. I feel ****med!!
