I paid for a italian pasta maker R1200.00 on24th April 2024 and till today haven't received a tracking nr, only flimsy excuses and mostly desktop replies or pseudo names telling me they are still waiting for the over sea supplier to give them a tracking number and when i do provide my banking details for refund they either take 48 hours to reply, IF they reply and then nothing. PRIMROSE WITHOUT A SECOND NAME CAME BACK INITIALLY AND THEN SOMEONE ELSE AND WHEN YOU GOOGLED HIS NAM(Sello Ranthako), YOU ONLY SEE HIS INSTAGRAM SELFIES. THEY ARE MONEY *****ERS. 17 EMAILS IN TOTAL AND NADA. As soon as i realized this is a ****, i contacted corrup****ch sa fot a ref nr, which i got, , but that was about it, nothing else. I think they ***** a lot of money this way and get away with it, because corrup****ch sees it as petty *****ery. But if you get 1000's of petty *****ery, that accummulates to thousands to R100 000.00 easily, then it is not petty *****ery anymore. We as south african customers are not protected against ******** sites like these
