Big Lesson

I canceled my order as It was said that I will get the product in 5-10 workdays. I called again after the 10th day. Only then I heard the right story regarding the delivery time. I could not wait so long so I then cancel the order. I was told what to do and I did that. No refund yet. I'm calling and I don't get through. Always 5th in the queue with 30m to wait before I will be helped. ****mers. *******, I cannot blve this. Pathetic. But I am not going to leave it. They must be tought a lesson.
