Ordered a Canon lens on 5 November 2012 for R2000 - Received a good, but not awesome price. Delivery was shown as 24 hrs. Had a tracking site for the parcel - so all good <br> <br> After 20 Days, chased our 'friend' Henry and Threatened to cancel the order. On the Same day I get a mail from 'Cylex Express' to pay Customs duty on products not ordered, plus Customs Handling and Customs Clearance. of R4000!. I know Customs - you normally pay about 30-35% at most of product value, so this flagged it as a 419 ****. Notice that the courier company has changed to Cylex Express - no longer exists.<br> <br> I have notified my Bank to notify other Banks. I have cancelled my Order with Henry and Asked him to refund.<br> <br> It is now 3 Years later and to Date I am still done in by R2000 and no delivery.<br> Stay Away and Report if you see these guys anywhere.
