Generator still not working and no feedback from company

We called Reliable Appliance Services to assit with repairing our generator. They picked the generator up on the 17th of Feb 2020 to be fixed and brought it back the next day on the 18th Feb 2020. We paid R3500 on the 18th Feb 2020. We woke up with loadshedding on the morning of the 19th of Feb 2020 and the generator still didn't work. My husband has been calling them but a week later no one has given us feedback. I would not suggest people to use this company at all. They took our money but did not render any services and now they are avoiding. Terrible service and ******. i will be putting my complaint on every social media platform! R3500 IS ALOT of money!!!
