TFG IS A BIG NO NO!!!!

I've been at the Vangate mall store on the 01/10/2022 & spoke to the store Manager regarding an item I would like to have item send to her store then called them store on the 07/10/2022 to fine out could I collect the item. The store Manager was not in store and asked the sales person in store to tell he's Manger to call me ASAP. a few minutes later she contacted me and made all lots of excuses of why the IBT was not sent to her store. On the 11/10/2022 I contacted the store and still no item in store and no manger to speak to. I called TFG customers and the call was dropped 5 times..I spent R121 on call time and still the issue has not been removed...I spent R3900 at your store supporting TFG and I'll be returning the items asap. I'll be leaving to visit family abroad.ill be leaving on the 20th..it's sad a store manager that can't do her job and customer service not returning my call after 5 attempts.i hope Anthony Thunstrom knows about the **** service.
