Service failure

I am normally not a complaining kinda guy and I hate doing that for so many reasons but the treatment I got at a relay jeans store in acornhoek mall was, for a lack of a better word, disgusting.

So I went to the store looking for a hoodie. There I walked in at around 14h30,just 39 minutes or so before the store closes. I went in and checked what I was looking for and luckily I found exactly what I was looking for. I fitted it and was happy to buy it, ka cash mind you, not skoloto. There I was heading to the cashier counter and there was a young lady, my height I think, with some pink short hair.

The lady was busy scanning some clothing items when I got there. I greeted her but instead of acknowledging me and greeting back she calls some guy on the floor to come and help. The guy said something about being busy or something, mind you I haven't been acknowledged yet nor greeted back by this lady. OK, I thought perhaps she didn't hear me and I greeted her yet again, for the second time but she continued to ignore me while calling the guy to come and help me.

I felt so disrespected by this cashier that I left the hoodie on the counter and left and when she saw that I was walking out, only then did she say to me, come let me help you.

I feel that this cashier have no sense of customer service and have dented the image of this store for me and I don't see myself setting foot in that store again nor any other store related to it and have even dented the image of relay jeans products for me.
