Returns and customer service

I bought a pair of jeans online 2 weeks ago only to realize it was too bit thereafter I contacted their nearest branch which is at vangate mall and spoke to A lady by the name of Ashley who picked out the actual size that fits for me and out it aside so when I went in store to make a return I experienced great customer service and positive attitude and swift in and out.
