Phone that was ****** at Relay mtubatuba

I went to Relay jeans at mtuba and placed my phone in the chair ,seconds later the phone was gone .luckily there was no other customer except for the 3 boys I came with.magement refuses to show me footage so I can see what happened to my phone .I escalated the matter to their headiffice and almost 2 days later I haven't even received an acknowledgement email or cal
