Complaint

Good day I would like to complain about the service I got today from relay jeans east gate I don't know if it's me only but they provide poor service and false advertising I went to the store today around 13:25 to look for black Jean which I got from the shelves/hangers with price of R399 I took size 34 and went to fitting room to check if it fits nice,was happy and took the jean to go and pay for it when I got to the till the lady is now telling me that the jean cost R499 with the shock in my face I now ask why extra R100 on top because I checked the price before I take my size they now telling me lot of stories I can't even recall,I asked the lady to check the price tack and confirm with me the price is now written with a pen for R499 so went back to the shelves to check if m now crazy or what then the price there is R399 with the original price tacks now they are changing the story telling me that the same jean but my size which 34 is costing R499 but there other sizes from 28 30 32 36... is R399 asked them how possible ist that only my size which 34 is extra with R100 but they are all same jeans and you guys wrote the price with the hand they couldn't even explain anything with sense was come and didn't even wanna corse any drama from the since well they know what they are talking about according to them but my concern it was why advertise/display wrong information for clients and give us wrong impression they are playing with our emotions because you think you afford what you take from the shelves but you get different information now heard to leave the jean with a broken heart and disappointed with the service and they really showed me that they don't care about their clients
