Good day. I would like to log a formal complaint for Relay Jean in Westgate mall, I went there to purchase a t-shirt on the 19th of March 2022, as I was walking to the till to pay I fell down and almost broke my arm, the teller told me that they bought a new floor polish and were trying it out and had lots of people falling but nothing is done, was at the store around 16:00pm and I'm so much in pain right now.
