HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

yesterday 15/04/2022 we called in the early hours of the morning to ask for an ambulance for my mother who was having seizures and we lost count of how many episodes she had before we actually called and after calling.

30 minutes later the ambulance arrives and is so not helpful as expected, my mother laying there after having a seizure and non responsive and wet herself and bed, the Relay staff at my house REFUSED to assist someone WET WITH PEE no matter how serious the case is, we then try to change her and they still not helpful and asking us how they are going to carry her to the ambulance and the lady says she is pregnant she won't be able to carry someone that heavy. Tell me what a pregnant person is doing in a case where when we called you are going to an epileptic person, my mother is then dragged by a blanket as if she is dead and during that ****ty process she has another episode. Your people still need assistance getting her in a stretcher, your people cannot move because we can't find the medical aid card.. Why the hell would we call an ambulance while we don't have a medical, why would i possibly lose my parent because of a stupid medical aid card.. I have been using this ambulance service since 2015 and it has rather become a nightmare.. We have to wait for the spare medical to me while theres someone critical amd ambulance cant move because they waiting on the card, card arrives and still im standing outside in the rain for almost 45minutes not feedback as to what the hold up is and just leaving... I am highly disappointed and need this to be attended
