Dissapointed !!!

Disappointed in service and lack of feedback after I mailed them with my concern. I trusted them with my mother's life. I do not believe she received urgent treatment, that was clearly needed. We lost her shortly after she arrived at hospital. I feel as if paramedics did not read the situation, and were unable to see urgency in her case. I mailed Relay, to raise my concerns, it has been more than 3 weeks with no response from them.
