Absolutely shocking service @LisaOsrin should not own any business . She made us pay upfront for patio cushions and said they would be ready in 2 weeks later . With barely any communication she eventually sent them 6 weeks later, the wrong measurements that did not fit our chairs , they were the wrong thickness we might as well have been sitting on the floor . They did not have zips they had Velcro which doesn’t Wash well , the material was definitely not weather proof and to top it off she used a complete different material and colour to what we chose and charged a fortune . Then told us she has no money to refund us and would try collect them and sell them to get money but has made no attempt to collect the disgrace for cushions which I wouldn’t buy for R100 for all 4. She is a *********** and so is her associate Belinda . To top it off she has deleted my review on Facebook and all other reviews so no review section at all . She needs to be stopped .
